How long does it take to receive my order?

Each SendAGift keepsake is custom-made just for you. Production takes 2-4 business days, and shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes! You’ll be able to enter your baby’s name and details on the product page before checkout.

What if I made a mistake in my personalization?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before production begins.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are personalized, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective
